These terms apply to your use of this online store and to every order you place through it. By browsing the store or buying from it, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the store.

Orders are dispatched from, and returns are received at, our warehouse in Subotica, Serbia. Full details are in our Legal Notice.

2. Who can buy

This store sells to consumers in the European Union. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in euro (EUR). Delivery is charged separately and is calculated at checkout, before you confirm the order — you will never be asked to pay a delivery cost you have not seen.

Because goods are dispatched from Serbia, which is outside the customs territory of the European Union, the prices shown do not include import VAT or customs charges. Those are collected from you by the carrier on delivery. Read our Shipping Policy before you order — it explains what to expect.

We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already placed.

4. How a contract is formed

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email we send when you order acknowledges that we have received it; the contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of the goods.

We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if a price was displayed in obvious error, or if we cannot deliver to the address given. If we decline after you have paid, we refund you in full.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers under their own security standards; we do not receive or store your full card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms, times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Cancelling and returning

You have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. How to do that, and how refunds work, is set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. If something is wrong with the goods

Goods are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity for two years from delivery. If an item is faulty, not as described, or not of the quality you could reasonably expect, contact us at info@hophopshop.com. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may appear differently on different screens, and measurements are approximate. A minor variation of this kind is not a defect.

10. Intellectual property

The Hop Hop Shop name and logo are registered trademarks. The text, photographs and design of this store belong to us or to our licensors and may not be reproduced without our prior written consent.

11. Our liability

We are liable for damage caused intentionally or by negligence, and for any liability that cannot be excluded by law — including liability for death or personal injury and under product liability law. We are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss.

12. Personal data

How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. As a consumer resident in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer-law provisions of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available. Where a complaint cannot be settled between us, you may take it to a conciliation body — see our Legal Notice.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
