Alternative dispute resolution

The European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.

If we cannot settle a complaint between us, you may take it to a conciliation body. As a Hungarian company we take part in the conciliation board procedure; the body competent for our registered seat is the Bács-Kiskun County Conciliation Board (Bács-Kiskun Vármegyei Békéltető Testület), operating alongside the Bács-Kiskun County Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Kecskemét. If you live elsewhere in the European Union, you may instead approach the competent alternative dispute resolution body in your own country.
