Delivery across the EU is handled by DHL. The cost is calculated at checkout from your delivery address, so you see it before you confirm the order.
Orders placed on working days before 16:00 are dispatched the same day from our warehouse in Subotica, Serbia. Parcels are not dispatched at weekends.

Yes — within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unworn, undamaged and comes back in its original box. You cover the cost of sending it to us.
An item that arrives damaged, has a manufacturing fault, or develops one in normal wear is covered by the statutory two-year guarantee of conformity. Email info@hophopshop.com with your order number and a few photographs and we will tell you how to send it back. Where the complaint is justified, we cover the return cost.
